* The purpose of this document is for parents to express their support of the International School of Modern Technology and to state their intention to enroll their child(ren) pending charter approval.

 It is also recognized that the charter application is still in process and that there is no certainty of offered grade levels at this time. By participating in this process there is no obligation to enroll should the resulting arrangements not meet the needs of your child(ren).
