There's been some question regarding the donation request that pops up once you sign the petition. I want to make it clear that the donation is not required and goes to support iPetitions, not the creator of the petition. Now, I would encourage a small donation, if you feel so inclined, to thank iPetitions for providing this service. It did not cost anything to set up the petition, and they do not charge for any of the services used as part of running the petition.
