Name: Robert M. Streahle on Feb 7, 2012Comments: This was completed by the DEP. I feel it is completely for political reasons that another agency the EPA. has now decided to reopen this issue. The EPA we have seen here and other states put out one sided incomplete information before facts are known. I do not believe that they are impartial as seen here and other states..Flag

Name: Sherry on Feb 7, 2012Comments: For all those who question why Dimock residents do not want EPA involvement, please research their involvement and overstepping their bounds with the Texas Railroad Commission and Range Resources last year (http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748704461304576216683622068802.html?ru=yahoo&mod=yahoo_hs) and the recent disapproval by a US House of Representatives subcommittee of the EPAs handling of the Pavillion WY preliminary report here: http://science.house.gov/sites/republicans.science.house.gov/files/documents/hearings/HHRG-112-SY20-WState-H001052-20120201.pdf. We want answers as to why the EPA is investigating when they have refused the water treatment systems which were a part of the Settlement Agreement handed down by PA DEP.Flag

Name: Linda Perella on Feb 12, 2012Comments: These Carter Road people have been given by the State of PA and Cabot the ability to be made whole again but they turned it down. What do these people want? Millions of dollars per person? I grew up in Dimock and am very aware of the problems long before the State and Cabot entered the picture. I agree ENOUGH is ENOUGH!Flag

Name: SONDRA BAUERNFEIND on Feb 27, 2012Comments: It seems that there is a group who refuse to honor the Constitutional rights of citizens who may have a different opinion as those who are anti-drilling for natural gas. Using legal services of a 501(c)3 corporation which is not abiding by the regulations determined by the IRS for tax exempt 501(c)3 corporation, these opponents to drilling have been using Dimick, PA as the " bad example " in other public meetings in New York State. Several townships in Sullivan County, New York have changed their zoning laws based on the advice of this husband and wife legal team. Dimick, PA has been cited as an example as to the dangers associated with gas drilling.Flag

Now our water's great and you didn't even have to come here to do anything. Let me know when my rebate check will arrive. P.S. By the way, we now have 4 gas wells within 1,000 feet of our house. Guess what - no water problems!!!Flag
