Are you tired of going to employers websites or applying for a job only to find out that although you fit the job requirement you are unqualified, because the Employer is asking you to be Bilingual(Spanish) I find that this is unfair to the American citizen and Discriminatory based on the fact that this is America and our National language is English. Why should we be required to speak Spanish in order to find employment What about the many other cultures and languages spoken in this Country Why should Spanish be a requirement for employment in California and not any of the others This is not Mexico nor is it Central America! Please join me in removing Bilingual(Spanish) as a requirement for employment. This is just another tactic that employers are using to sneak undocumented workers in and steal jobs away from the American People. Why should we be required to learn and speak a second language, when most who speak Spanish can't even read it anyway Bilingual employees in the workplace were once considered as a courtesy, but now it is a requirement for hire. The Spanish consumer is not the only group with buying power. This is a multiethnic Nation with many languages, why not make it a requirement that you be an English speaker first and if need be Spanish second
