Parking is limited to 2 cars per townhome at Priorslee based on 103 spaces for 57 units. If all 57 units had 2 vehicles then there would be a need of 11 more spaces.

The majority of the residents abide by the 2 car rule and maintains current license and inspection stickers.

The last 2 units recently occupied has 3 vehicles. The Board took 2 months to remove one vehicle but has now allowed the same vehicle to park on the street with expired license plates and inspection sticker. The other residents refuse to move the 3rd vehicle since they were told by the Realtor it was acceptable when they moved in.

Residents have not been told why some can ignore the rules not only for parking but many of the rules that they were required to read and sign when they signed a lease or purchased a townhome at Priorslee. Many are confused that even the Board members do not abide by the rules.
