Racism and Discrimination has been around for as long as human Civilization, but hopefully with my plan of action we can limit racism all over the USA.Even though amendments have been passed to control discrimination against African Americans, it is still a problem and can be clearly visible in some sections of this world.  Every once in a while, African American children are discriminated against in schools and African American men are being killed because of their skin color, such as in the Trayvon Martin case. Police officers were not going to even begin to investigate the murder just because Treyvon Martin was African American. This racism has had a great impact on the public of Florida and a movement has been created to honor Treyvon. Although this case has been noticed by many, this has happened many times before and nothing has been done for the cause, aren’t we all equal.

I feel that racism is not as bad as it was 50 years ago but it is still present. Kids should first learn about it in school at a very early age such a second or third grade. An experiment based on eye color should be conducted. The whole class would be separated based on eye color and discriminated against to feel how African Americans, Asians, and other races felt just like in the program “Eye of the Storm.” Hopefully the fact of being discriminated against will be implanted into their minds and will not do it to others because of the pain they felt.  

Hopefully with the method of implanting this idea of racism is bad and the emotional effects that are placed on these young kids will carry on throughout their life and will not become a racist. Another huge factor is the parents of these kids. For example if their parents are racists then the kids will most likely become racists because they spend a lot of time with their families. If this recommended plan of action is done all over the world once kids are at a very young stage in their lives and while their brain is still developing they won’t become racist. If this is done in every school public or private then each generation of kids will become non racist and so will their kids because they had already gone through the process.
