   Comments: There are people taking up places in Prison for failure to pay fines and other petty crimes which could easily be dealt with in other ways so my advice is to do this and use the places saved for keeping Paedophiles and Rapists and the like locked up for life as very few of them ever change and will always be a danger to society. I speak from experience of working with these scum who do nothing but make up lame excuses. Any Sex crime should carry a minimum 10 year sentence starting with the lesser offences then maybe some of these oddities will consider their beastly ways.

    Comments: Please Mr Brown, take this matter very seriously. Extremely young children are being so seriously injured and traumatised and the perpetrators of crimes like this should be given very severe punishments. Our children do not deserve to be put at risk in this way and it is my contention that our children's human rights are being trampled over by removing their opportunities for personal freedom in a safe environment. They are effectively trapped in their own 4 walls because there are so many sex offenders free to walk the streets.

    Comments: There is no higher priority than protecting children from violence and sexual abuse. In addition to tougher, totally effective penalties imposed by courts everything possible must be done to fund research into sexual and other forms of cruelty against children. We cannot give up on the hope that one day a genuine answer will be found to this appalling problem and that some effective method will be found to prevent paedophiles ever offending in the first place.
