   Comments: Deed not breed - Any breed of dog can be dangerous in the wrong hands. All dogs can bite! Instead of labelling a certain breed 'dangerous', dog owners should have licenses so they can only be owned by those responsible and able enough to handle and care for them.

    Comments: We all need to stop irresponsible dog OWNERS. Banning these breeds will do nothing but force these criminals to target different breeds. There are many of responsible dog owners, such as myself, that could not imagine losing their companion due to the acts of negligent dog owners. They should be the ones to suffer - Not the ones who love and care for their dogs.
