Name: Caroline Rodwell on Oct 12, 2010Comments: I think that it is disgusting that a council and pct services that is held in such high regard in London would treat a member of staff in this way. Everyone that knows Elaine holds her in great esteem, she is a hard working committed woman who also well respected. Discrimination in pwhatever guise is wrong. Newham should be doing all they can to keep such a capable and intelligent individual in their employment and not hound her out.Flag

Name: John McDermott on Oct 15, 2010Comments: It seems to me that Elane is going through a terrible time because of the deliberate actions of the employer. Suffering because of your trade union position is bad enough but then to be treated badly because of a disability doubles the unfairness. Keep your chin up ElaneFlag

Name: Paul Robertson on Oct 15, 2010Comments: This treament of Elane contradicts all the claims of Newham Council & the PCT that they are caring employers. This is victimisation of an activist and it is quite sinister. I am a retired member of Unison.Flag
