We the people who sign this petition agree on the issues that has lead to this petition to be created.

1: That the deletion and unjust banning of the user known as Hataria was illegal and based on bias and hate.

2: that a group of Moderators and Admins had planned on the unjust act, as they are bias against autistic people in general and have even bullied people such as Hataria because of this.

3: That this cabal of Moderators and Admins have turned the site into a site for Cyber-bullies and criminals and have unjustly deleted users who have spoke out against them.

4: That this group have also launched Cyber attacks and smear campaigns on sites and groups such as DeviantArt, FurAffinity, Wikipedia, Fanfiction.net, Facebook and The Modern Whig Party because of the fact that the user known as Hataria is on those sites and have friends who have supported him to stop the bullying.

5: that this group of Mods and Admins have also hired people to target and bully the user known as Hataria and his family and friends and even sent death threats and have even tried to hire hit-men to murder him and his family and friends.

6: That the Mods and admins have ignored this issue and have encouraged acts of bullying even paying the bullies and hackers to attack the user known as Hataria every chance they get. This it self has lead to the site to be under investigation by the F.B.I.

7: That a few members, in the pay of the Mods and Admins have even told the user known as Hataria to kill himself, which is illegal and is akind to attempted murder.

These Points and more have shown that the Moderators and Admins of the site NationStates.net have willingly supported criminal actions and have lead to the site becoming a Pariah in the real world, no matter how they try to hide it. That is why we who sign this ask that.....

1: The DoS order on Hataria is ended

2: That the user known as Hataria be allowed back onto the site with out any harassment.

3: That the Moderators and Admins who have supported the campaign of bullying and terror be removed and made to apologize to everyone on the site for what they had brought to NationStates.net

4: That Users who had launched the smear campaigns and trolling and cyber attacks against other sites be removed from NationStates.net and kept out.

We wish for a better webiste and a better internet and to end this illegal reign of terror.
