This is a petition to stop the accessibility to those who stand at our on/off ramps in Barrie and Simcoe County with their "help us" "lost job" "traveling hungry" signs.
These people, are a distraction to drivers, an eyesore to our community, and pending out break of beggars to come.
There needs to be a stop put to this, by the enforcement of a by-law. Restrictions are necessary on this matter to save face for our community.
