I know I'm not the only one who's had to go to bed in the daytime to prepare for your night job, double shift, have kids, going to school or have illnesses and the neighbor has their music so loud your heart is pounding to hard to sleep, or even function properly!

Taking the Dr recommended sedative doesn't even work because your heart is pounding hard.

The rules on playing music till 10 pm needs to be abolished and changed to 'It is illegal to play loud music that is loud enough for your neighbor to hear on their property or in their home at any hour of the day or night'! Not all of us work the same hours. It is a new age now where we have ear buds and head phones.

My experience, in short, was:

I talked to my neighbors before I did any non emergency phone calling. When that didn't work...

I went through those dreaded non emergency phone calls to the police. The neighbors would see them coming and shut the music off. The police will stay a few minutes to talk to me but when they left... the neighbors will crank up the volume... I guess to prove a point.

When that didn't work I went to city council and worked with them for a while. It was working too... but we all have those really obstinate neighbors who won't do anything for anyone but themselves.

Beyond frustrating!

I have intractable migraines and know others that have other health issues that loud music negatively affects, even death.

I have been under so much stress and had no sleep from my neighbors playing their loud music that I ended up loosing many jobs and several friends.

The point is the loud inconsiderate people need to be stopped!

Help me get the attention this needs to change the law!

Help me end the noise!

I know there are enough people out there to end this loud music in rural and urban areas.
