We, the taxpaying and hardworking citizens of the State of California, demand that the welfare class be forced to either 1) obtain jobs and become ineligible for welfare benefits, or 2) leave the State of California. We ask the State Legislature and Governor to enact legislation that would eliminate all welfare payments and programs in California over a five year timespan.
