"Roaming Towing" by Allen's Tow has created an atmosphere of fear and oppression when it comes to parking for residents and guests of Twin Lakes Lane. This petition calls for the end of the practice of roaming towing, and a return to reasonable parking regulations. This practice needlessly costs owners and guests $125 per tow.
