And you better pay it or your water will be shut off!  ANY QUESTIONS?  Better yet, there are so many abandoned homes and foreclosured properties that you can get water for free.  Heck you can even go in my backyard and use as much water as you want and by the way you can also leave it running since the lawns haven't been watered in months.  The last communication we received indicated that they had %10,000 in surplus money.  So I fail to understand how this "Surplus" cannot be used in a positive way.  Shut the water off is an excellent solution.  Way to go Enclave !  I will be sending you a link for you to let me know if your water has been shut off.   

Can we just end this nonsense pleae.  Everyone already knows that they don't do anything in this community except colllect money, enhance their property value by planting trees and flowers.  You pay your money but they give you nothing in return.   Let them pay to maintain their own property.  And if they don't all it takes is one phone call to get them in compliance.  You only own the house.... not the lawn, street lights, trees or the dark entrance at the front of the community with the magnificent flower bed that's been there for months now.  Please take a look at the bylaws on page 000, we only need 95% signatures and that means that we need everyone to sign to end this charade. If you Rent or Lease the property, please provide this to the homeowner (although they probably know as well as you do.  I will be posting a Petition on Facebook for you to sign next week. 

Can you use the extra $185.00 for something more pratical?  That's a light bill payment!  And ...... don't let me get started with the substandard HVAC systems that were installed and the outragous utility bills this past summer.  I for one feel so dumb for letting this continue for the last two years to the tune of $4,440.00 in fees and many of you have lived here much longer.  Do the math..... it doesn't add up.  Please do the needful thing for yourself and your neighbors.  I promise you that it won't cost you a cent for you signature.

We have to stop being silent.  It is not alright !
