I Roman Cereceres, state that during my time working with Ken Miller, and Jayson Pitofsky at the facility Urban Warfit Crossfit 602 (Now known as Crossfit Tempe) was never in a position of mentorship under Ken Miller, instead I was working with Ken Miller side by side, at times leading Ken and teaching him what I knew about running his facility and what he should do. Opposed to the claims that Jayson Pitofsky and Ken Miller have said where they state that I was under Kens Mentorship and was an intern at the facility.

This situation has been done and the two parties have taken advantage of me being an employee of the facility. Every day you would all see me spend most of my days at the facility while the two mentioned were not around or on a vacation. I am looking to collect your signature as a witness to this situation so I can in turn get treated with some respect. Ken Miller, and Jayson Pitofsky are now arguing and saying that the Salary that they agreed to is no longer what they owe me. It’s been 5 months now since I have been paid, 3 months since I was forced to leave the facility. I have all documentation of what they owe me. They paid there other employees during this time but never did they pay me. Now are claiming that those unpaid wages are incorrect because I was an intern at the location and not an actual employee.

By signing this petition you understand that what they are saying is untrue and that I was an employee for the organization and not was I refered as an intern. I hope with enough witnesses I can gain enough credibility to be able to stand up and show that what the two mentioned are doing is unfair and not right.
