Name: Anonymous on Oct 16, 2007State: ILCountry: USComments: Dear God, please bless those seeking employment. Please remind us that a job does not define who you are and who you are not. It is merely a means to earn a living to support your REAL life. Our job is not our life and we often forget that. Dear Lord, please help us to keep our priorities straight and our families first as they should be. Please also bless the volunteers who are working to help us in our efforts. Their time, expertise and support helps keep our positive energy flowing. Thank youFlag

Name: Steve Simnick on Nov 16, 2007State: ILCountry: USComments: I have not found this ministry to guide me to my next employment opportunity, but God has led me to this group. I have been unemployed before and never has it been comfortable. I don't consider it time off to enjoy my (vacation), it always has concerned me. In these last few months that I have been associated with St. Thomas, my Catholic faith has been restored. I cannot forget the co-operation between the faiths and the great lesson on life and employment searching from LDS. I am from a far southern suburb (frankfort) and have not been to Naperville much before my connection with St. Thomas but I have seen a community of support and peace that I will always honor and I will never forget or waiver from continuing my support after I am employed. I have made good friends that are in need such as I and there is a special bond in that. In all walks of life those with much and those with little we all have one thing in common and that is the need for one another,-- in Gods name. Thank you so much for being there. God Bless you all.Flag

Also pray that others understand that I am not asking for a handout or a job, but that I am asking for advice or an introduction, I will do the rest. My background speaks for itself, I don't want anything, but understanding and compassion.Flag
