We need a well-defined Eminent Domain law.  Before the latest Supreme Court decision, it was vaguely defined.  Government could take your property or part of it for roads, airports, sewers, water mains, etc.  Now Lowes or Walmart or casinos or anyone can take your property anytime for any reason, and the Supreme Court has upheld this decision.  So many old & defenseless people have lost their homes so someone could put up a strip mall or business. Your property is not your property anymore, nor has anyone been paying a fair price for those homes.   Let's get together and force law makers in our states to narrowly define Eminent Domain so that our property can remain just that:  our property.
