Petition submitted in regaurds to the children of Whitney Howell and father Justin Lowe. Whitney Howell is asking that her children BRAYLON LOWE, ARIAH LOWE, and TRENTON LOWE be placed back in their home. Whitney prays the court would agree with her request as she would like to seek full custody of her children. Whitney Howell has entered evidence to honor her request that father in question be ordered to return the children over to Whitney Howell.
1. Father of children has a history that includes; not protecting his children and failing to report when his children was touched sexually by his family member, being physically and verbally abusive in the presents of the children, alcohol abuse and drug abuse. Police reports and records show proof.
2. Father has only taken their children by court petition due to Whitney Howell denying his request to be in a relationship. Petitioner also has submitted evidence by text from the father to the court.
3.Whitney Howell has statement letters she has also submitted including letters from the children's school teacher's, daycare workers, and neighbor's and friends.
I Whitney Howell pray you sign and enforce this petition and bring peace to my children and I so we can continue our life as we did before this stressful ordeal.
