WHAT WE KNOW MAY SHOCK YOU and SPEAK TO YOUR SOUL!

WHO WE ARE AND HOW WE SHARE OUR LIVES:  We live at the Garden of Eden in southwest Arlington.  We have created an on-going, progressive, sustainable farm with a football field-size, beyond organic garden made from all free, used and recycled materials.  We are implementing innovative, sustainable living practices and host free events and classes open to the public including gardening, worm farming, bee keeping, animal husbandry and composting, and also provide sound therapy, educational opportunities, counseling and consultation in all areas of sustainable living to our community as well as people all over the world.  We freely share our abundance and knowledge, our food and resources, and are experimenting with sustainable practices and materials already abundant and available to everyone.

 Our property is in the building phases of preparing the foundation as a world-wide example of how people can truly thrive in a life of abundance, respect, honor and integrity while engaging fully in freedom through personal responsibility.  Though Rome was not built in a day, Paradise here is being experimented with and developed very consciously on a moment-to-moment basis.

We are dedicated and inspired, and actively pursuing our passions.  We do not impose these practices or ideals on anyone, but live responsibly as to not impede on the lives of others while rethinking status quo to open our  minds and hearts to live true to our spiritual path.  We are a living example of how divine conscious community can be by living the golden Rule, and we hold ourselves highly accountable to "Do No Harm" to another living being.

There is NOTHING here that poses a threat to the safety or well-being of inhabitants of this or surrounding properties.  There are no violations of any other person or their property being committed here.  We have the RIGHT to conduct ourselves peacefully in whatever manner we see fit, and to maintain our property however we choose.  As long as we do not infringe on the safety or property of another of The People, we are committing no crimes.

OUR PRIVATE PROPERTY IS UNDER THREAT:  The employees of the alleged CITY OF ARLINGTON disagree with us about how we should maintain our property.  The employees are operating under the belief that they have the right to regulate and enforce strict city codes regarding such trivial matters as appearance and yard maintenance.  According to our God-given rights and new UCC filings this belief is false.

We have been singled out and cited by the employees of the alleged CITY OF ARLINGTON because they have a different view of how we should maintain our property.  All of their claims and demands are superficial and all are violating our rights.

Their Demands:

Cut the natural growing grasses which feed our bees and provide materials for our compost.

Remove the barrels we use responsibly for rainwater collection.

Remove items we are collecting for use as building materials such as pallets and pianos.

Make cosmetic repairs to our house.

Stack all of our wood 12" off the ground.

Remove any "indoor" furniture from the exterior of our property

To do all of this within an unreasonable short time period of 10 days from when the letter was issued (notice was actually received in the mail only 3 days before the stated deadline).

Their Tactics of Intimidation:

Posting alleged city police officers outside of our property.

Sending threatening letters, repeatedly, without responding to our replies

Their Threats:

To enter our private property without our permission (trespassing)

To remove our belongings and resources without our permission (robbery)

To fine us many thousands of dollars if we do not comply with their demands to maintain our property according to their rigid guidelines (coercion and extortion)

To put a lien on our property

Their Evidence Against Us:

Not a single official complaint has been filed against us for any crime, violation of property, person or liberty.

Not a single record exists of any of The People who can claim that we have violated their person, property or liberty.

What They Have Failed to Provide Us:

Proof that their codes, laws and ordinance supersede our God-given rights to BE

Proof that we have entered into a valid, bona fide contract with full disclosure

A simple address for sending correspondence

A signature of any persona on any of their demands to us, taking responsibility for their actions

A response to any of the many letters and phone calls we have sent in response to them

THIS IS ALL BACKWARDS!  Members of government are given privileges necessary to uphold and protect the rights of The People.  These privileges are granted by The People, who hold the only true power.  Yet these privileges have been extended so far beyond the original bounds set forth by the founding members of this nation, they are now trampling the RIGHTS of The People.

HOW EVERYTHING HAS CHANGED:  The government, as we have known it, was not only failing at their job to uphold and protect this and other rights of The People, they are the ones violating our rights!  The United States Constitution, the supreme law of the land, puts into play UCC filings which dictate law governing the entire world.  

HERE'S THE JUICY PART!!!  There have been new UCC filings which abolish all the old government entities and their practices, and re-establish for us all our inalienable God-given rights to true freedom. (Please see resources below for details on the life-changing, lawful, unrebutted filings.)  These filings are the foundation to uphold the rights of all The People, including our right to own personal property, and to be secure in the possession thereof.  This is our God-given RIGHT as people.  As a government entity they no longer exist, and therefore have no jurisdiction over us.  The UCC filings have also negated all the codes and ordinances they use for control and the power has been returned to The People.

It is both our RIGHT and our RESPONSIBILITY to assert our rights and remove privileges from those who have exploited and abused those privileges to suppress, control and extort The People.  The alleged CITY OF ARLINGTON was a fictitious entity only existing when there are people working at their desks using the name of a government agency.  The employees at the alleged CITY OF ARLINGTON believe they are an authoritative body, but truly they are individual people, taking action against other people in the name of the CITY OF ARLINGTON.  We pay these people!  They are our employees!  Neither our employees, nor any other living beings, have the right to exert authority over us as they believe.  According to the UCC filings, the government agency no longer exists so every one of the employees is now personally liable for all of their actions against The People.

In their attempt to exert authority over us, the employees are personally committing several crimes against ALL OF US.

Treason- failure to uphold and defend the Constitution

Treason - failure to comply with or even know what their Oath of Office states

Coercion - attempting to control and manipulate through threat or force

Extortion - attempting to collect money through threat of force

Failure to follow due process of law through lawful notification

IMMEDIATE ACTION:  On Monday, February 25 at 7:00 p.m., we will be gathering to share what we know about our freedoms and what has transpired that changes everything we know.  If you are interested, meet us at Barnes and Noble coffee shop at the parks Mall near Cooper and I20.
