With respect to HR department. We feel it's unfair to a basic employee rights that each employee is entitled for only 2 days medical leave in one year and days exceed more than 2 days will get their Performance Appraisal points deducted. We don't plan to “Cheat” at your appointed clinic to get more medical leaves since it was being made clear to us to visit the nominated clinic since April 19, 2011 else there will no medical claims. Therefore we are signing this petition against the intimidation.
