We have signed this petition to try and solve the increasing issues of head traumas in the NFL and football in general. There are three important factors that the league should address to help the players and the league in the rising complications of head injuries.1. To provide an independent neurologist on the field to diagnose players, 2. To have a mandatory sit out time for players that have recieved concussions, 3.
