| 112 | kathy johnson | I remember when they were pushing plastic to save a tree! The plastic bags, back then, were still made using petroleum/crude oil! Why were they ok then but not now? I personally don't like plastic at all. I use woven baskets or cloth bags when I go shopping. But let's take it one step further......DON'T BUY ANY FOOD THAT COMES FROM FARTHER AWAY THAN 100 MILES! That would sure save a lot more crude oil for cheaper gas prices? Maybe? |

| 136 | Sandra Hamlett | There is absolutely no need to continue using plastic bags. They cost your company money. Getting rid of these bags an increase your bottom line as well as allowing you to pass savings on to the consumers. Please take action now. |
| 137 | Laurie Crogan | I have not used plastic bags for years and it is easy. You just have an organized pile of cloth bags in your biodiesel or bike handy. Another thing to get used to. If we can go to the moon dont you think a lot more is possible? Change can be for the better!
THANKS!

| 139 | susan stewart | I agree, and have been working on a local campaign to get rid of plastic bags and paper as well. they are no better in the land fill and take up more room. If we recycled plastic bags--but hey, we are so lazy we don't-- |
