Why have a court order when they are not followed by all. Attorneys can get away with not following the direction of the court so why should a normal person have to. Attorneys are hired to help you with a problem but become part of the problem, not part of the solution! And what makes it worse is that the judges don't hold them accountable. Judges and attorneys are put up on a pedestal but guess what they put their pants on every morning the same way that we do. When they do something wrong they should not be allowed to weasal out of it because they have an Esq after their name or a Judge in front of it. I used to think that weatherman had the best job they could always be wrong but I don't think that way any more. Why not be a judge or an attorney?
