English Language 'h Reform
Every wondered why English doesn't feature characters for letters followed by 'h' ('ch', 'ph', 'sh', 'th', and 'wh')? Think about how useful it'd be, to represent words like 'chat', 'phoenix', 'shush', 'think' and 'where', in only a few letters, by omitting the 'h', and adding a bar over the top of the prefixed letter. 'chat' would become 'cat', with a bar over the 'c' --going from 4 letters to 3. 'phoenix' would become 'poenix', with a bar over the 'p' --going from 7 letters to 6. 'shush' would become 'sus', with a bar over each 's' --going from 5 letters to 3. 'think' would become 'tink', with a bar over the 't' --going from 5 letters to 4. 'where' would become 'were', with a bar over the 'w' --going from 5 letters to 4. Think about it...in the long term, this will make writing, and typing, so much easier. Sign the petition, and push for change in our glorious language --let the reformation begin!
