SAVE A WILLOW - SAVE LONDON'S GREEN SPACES!!!

For some obscure reason the green spaces of London are under attack! Yes, unscrupulous developers and corrupt borough councils are trying to kill our city...

Currently there is for example a planning application in the London borough of Tower Hamlets to cut down an ancient willow tree in one of the area's most picturesque spots. Strange, really, as this borough contains literally hundreds of brownfield sites where the house being proposed can easily be constructed. But no, their beady eyes are on our green, public spaces that form the lungs of our city.
