    Comments: I think it's in the best interest to everyone to have this controlled environment. Pet owners are not going to go away. They will find someplace to walk their dogs. By offering this SOLUTION, it eliminates numerous other problems along "people" trails.

    Comments: St.Thomas without a doubt needs an off leash dog park where dogs can be dogs. We have two dogs and would use the park on a daily basis.
