ELEVATOR SAFETY

My husband has recently fallen from an elevator shaft 6 stories high, and had passed away. I want to start some sort of safety hazards like a harness or railing that requires all elevators in NY state to have. Please sign this petition it will mean so much to my family and I. Thank you.
