This is an OUTRAGE what this so called Human Being did to this poor defenseless dog. This petition is to make sure that  Brian Freeman of East 188th Street in the Bronx gets the MAXIMUM that he can get this for this senseless beating of this poor animal. We as pet owners and Citizens will not let this happen and he needs to be made a example of. This will let the next person know that there are serious consequences for this type of behavior. Please to whom ever this goes to we are crying out for Justice for Hazel the battered dog.
