This is a petition to protest the unfair shut-off of electric service and requirement of a $300 deposite on top of any amount due to turn back on the service. This petition will be sent to both the frankfort town mayor and the frankfort power company as a protest of the unfair practice of no notification before having electric service shut-off and the requirement of a $300 deposite to get the service turned back on. I am asking everyone to sign this so that we may get the deposite and any other extra charges refunded within 7 days of reciept of this petition. This petition will be given to both the mayor's office and the power company by 12:00 noon on Thursday June 01, 2006. |
