We call upon the the Portland and Seattle City Councils to become International leaders in Green Transportation by approving a resolution that commits the city to a goal of 25% of the daily commuters doing so by bicycle by 2015, and further, that the cities investigate the promotion of electric bikes as part of the solution to achieving this goal.
