| 1161 | Fred Mayer | OK, I've waited long enough to sign. I thought I might hold out and be the 1,000th signatory, but no luck -- you blew right by it. Best wishes for a smooth ride into D.C., a productive meeting and safe trip back. (Go Liza Go!) |

| 1165 | Wendie Choudary | Electric vehicles are the next greatest alternative to oil guzzling vehicles. EVs are the logical next step until something better comes along. That's what applied technology can do for us. |

| 1169 | Peter Schmidt | Lets get some R&D into the Ford plant in Highland followed by production there of electric vehicles. Good electric bicycles are a great transportation vehicle as well for city commutes. |

| 1174 | Alfredo R Canales | Keep the awarness. I also got angry when I saw the movie who killed the electric car. I have already send letters to my congresman and senate. I had a letter to the editor printed here in Laredo, TX . Keep up the good work. We need electric cars urgently. i can beleive how oil prices has hurt our economy and people so much. |

| 1176 | Sirena Andrews | Liza, I am thirteen and I think what you are doing is great! My dad has a Solar electric company and we could power EV's from Solar arrays on people's work buildings (or homes for nighttime workers!).
Have a great trip to DC and be safe!

| 1184 | Hayley Lalich | I live in Sacramento California, and its always a bad air day here. The wild fires that surround the valley makes it impossible to breath, as the smoke just sits in the valley. Everything is hard to get to in this town without a car because Sacramento is so spread out. Lets go green and create a system that gets people around without reliance to oil. Go electric cars Go!!!! |

| 1186 | Matthew M. McCartney | This is such a great idea. We need to be doing things to promote independence from oil and fossil fuels. This is not a financial situation to me it is a decision that needs to be made for the stewardship of our country and earth. |

| 1192 | Greg Tripodes | Way to go Lisa!!!!
We all need to get behind Liza! We must also contact our legislators personally and let Congress know we want an USA made, 100 percent electric car. Congress cannot ignore thousands of emails and phone calls. Get Involved and Make a Change. |
| 1193 | Lida Jenney | We own a GEM electric car that we had got a license plate for, but it was revoked a couple months after by the registry in Mass. as they said it wasn't legal. It was great to use around town. It's a slow vehicle so since there's no signage that it's not allowed on highways, they won't allow them at all at this time in Mass. Legislation is supposed to be pending to all them on roads with speed limits under 35 MPH, I believe. |

| 1197 | Pauline Kubiny | My first car was a Datsun B210 which had the best mileage in 1977. I was only going to drive it until the electric car became available. I've been waiting 30 years! |
