How many cyclists and pedestrians here have been nearly knocked over by a Prius or other Electric car driver who fails to signal as they pull out. The lack of noise renders their movements almost undetectable. I hereby propose that ALL electric car drivers install lollipop sticks in their wheels or find some other way of making brum brum sounds when pulling away before the combustion engine kicks in.
