127	Mahamoud	shariff		UK	We have already seen two general election taking place in Zanzibar, ie 1995 and the one of 2000' since the multiparty system introduced in tanzania,and we are about to see the third shortly on 30/10/2005. What we have not seen in all past elections is fairness, violece, rigging and killing of the innocent people who stand fighting for their rights has been dominating perticularly in Zanzibar. We have approx two weeks now to the election, we would like to call for internal help to keep very close eyes, send international observers as many as possible so that they can see for themselves what is going on there. Also in order to get the true picture of what happening in Zanzibar. We would also like to call for these international observers to be there if possible two week before the election day, and try to be in different polling stations which are out of the Zanzibar town. Rigging, is not taking places just at last minute, where the winner has to be announced but it is a long process which start long before the final day. Zanzibar election will only be fair and free if the electoral rules which are in place are followed and adhared, and these are things that international community has to watch. thank you.

From time immemorial history has shown us that all the world is like a stage, like Shakespear said; one acts and when time is up, the screen shuts down and opens for yet another/other actors to do their part. They will go just like the previous group of actors, and life goes on, unstopped by human greed or selfishness. It does not matter how long one stays on the stage, time will be up. For CCM to cling to power by hook or crook is a very clear justification of how shallow their political aptitude is, and of course their disregard of not only Zanziba's future but worse still of human life. Every body needs a chance and for Zanzibar to emerge to real present day world era, to its current stone age condition, it needs to change policy makers. Otherwise the worst that will come will affect even those who force themselves in power. Zanzibar will not be governable. Who wins?
