Dear President George W. Bush, We, the undersigned electorate are hereby requesting that the Presidential Election scheduled for November 4, 2008 be postponed until the lawsuit Berg v. Obama Docket # 08-CV-4083 ; which was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, is adjudicated. This lawsuit alleges that Senator Barack H. Obama is not a natural-born citizen, and is therefore in violation of the natural-born citizen requirement, of the U.S. Constitution, for the Office of the President of the United States of America.
