I was fired by the principal of PS32 Belmont School after I reported a teacher that I was assisting, Ms Sorkin for violently shoving a 10 year old special needs child. The teacher is still abusing children while I was terminated. I was a mandated reporter and knew that the boy would be too scared to say anything but there were another 11 witnesses and I had to report this incident or risk going to jail. Instead Ms Sorkin made up some lies about me and got three of the children who were also witnesses to sign here statement of lies. She forced these girls to sign a document that they did not know what was in the document. Since then, one of the girls and her mother have testified under oath that Ms Sorkin promised her graduation with honors if she signed the document filled with lies about me. Please sign my petition and help me to get my career back. Thanks

Jeanette Noriega, United States5 years ago Comments: I am a witness to this. I would have to listen everyday, when I would visit my sister, of the abuse this teacher would do to these students. Everytime she would talk to me about this, I would feel pain and anger because my sister was so afraid to confront this teacher. Many tears she shed, as she spoke to me about this. Unfortunately for being a whistleblower, she lost her job. She was only trying to protect these Special Ed students. Not because she is my sister, but, she is a loving and caring person and has never in her life had a fight or argued. She avoids these things. She is good and kindhearted. She deserves her job back and an apology for putting her through this.
