NEW --REWORDED PETITION We, residents of East Lansing, oppose the \"revised\" City Center II development as proposed. Essentially, this new plan simply shortens the parking garage and adjacent apartment building by 120 feet. We feel that the new plan is still not appropriate for East Lansing, especially due to the threat that it still poses to the Peoples Church, Valley Court Park, and the Oak Hill neighborhood. We are also still concerned about the historic homes on Evergreen (affordable student rentals) which continue to be threatened with condemnation through eminent domain.

East Lansing Residents Opposed to the Revised City Center II proposal.

I am not opposed to development and progress in East Lansing's downtown, but would encourage the developer, to use their time and money to promote the development. I also encourage the City of East Lansing to spend city energy on promoting work that is essential to the function of city business; not promoting the developers opinion or goals.
