We request the government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and the President Hamid Karzai to bestow a post-humous Afghan national medal of honor on Master Ehsan Shafiq for his work in promoting the Afghan version of Shaolin Kung Fu in Afghanistan, the United Kingdom and the European Union. Master Shafiq proved to the world that a hard working Afghan can reach the heights of international achievements with minimalistic resources.
