This petition is made in order to convince the government and ISP's in Egypt that we want a better internet packages. These are our demands:
1- Remove the Fair Usage Policy across all ISP's in Egypt
2- Minimum Internet speed of 2 Mega Bytes per second
3- Remove Limited Internet Packages
4- Lower prices where the Price of the2 Mega Bytes per secondunlimited internet package is at least 70 EGP
5- When contacting customer support the representative must be fully aware of all solutions to all internet problems and it shouldn't take the representative 15 minutes to answer
