Today I was hung up on twice by EE/Tmobile


Issue began when I phoned for an upgrade. I was told I would not get any preferential rates even after 9 years of loyalty.When I questioned why they just threw the book at me. When I wanted to make a complaint I was put through to collections. The managers had terrible attitude and he even told me they had too many customers!! Rather than taking my complaint he tried to sell me a contract. When I mentioned I could get the same deal with their competitors their response was to go to them. So I did.

We should not be subjected to such treatment by our service providers. Especially when we pay one of the highest charges in Europe. Our complaints go ignored and we're lumped with two year contracts.
