Hello EDM lovers from far and wide. I have created this petition to bring to light an issue that I have pondered more than once: Why is there no Electronic Music/EDM sub-forum in the Music section of Yahoo! Answers. This is an unofficial petition and once I have obtained enough support I will send this petition to Yahoo.

EDM gained momentum in the 80's/90's and has been growing stronger ever since. In this sub-forum people would be able to discuss Artists/Songs/Albums of EDM. Production/Promotion/Labels etc. The hardware and the software (DAW's, MIDI controllers, VST(i)'s, etc.). And advice on tracks/playlists that they have personally made

For the sake of saving space, the following sub genres of EDM are on this Wiki link, but are not limited to that list. For those too lazy to read that list here are the most popular EDM genres. House, Trance, Drum and Bass, Dub/brostep, Chillout, industrial, Glitch, Electro...etc.

Something I forgot to mention that a signer brought up is, this will take the unwanted EDM questions out of the "other music", "rock and pop", "rap and hiphop", and "R&B & Soul" This will inturn make the users of those sub-forums happy as the erroneous EDM questions would now be able to be asked in the correct forum.

My goal is to gather 500 signatures. This however is high balling it, in reality I will be lucky to get 100+. If you chose to show support I would be extremely grateful if you also passed this petition around to other EDM fans.
