After a disaster season from the departure of Sir Alex Ferguson under the guidance of David Moyes Man Utd became from the champions of England .. to a 7th place, and the thing that most needed is new fresh top quality players.
Moyes couldn't bring new players and now after the arrival of Louis Van Gaal Man Utd still can't bring new players to the club and it raises the question who is responsible for that ? the answer is ED WOODWARD !
