Comments: You are going to shut down small businesses that are helping parents with their emotional and physical needs by providing babywearing merchandise. Please re-write the law such that babywearing businesses can still provide this essential care to new parents.

Comments: The spirit of the law will be lost because of the poor thinking of the language in which it was written. Does it really make sense to have 10,000 individual companies re-test fabric when the original mill has a certification of testing they could pass on to us The few places that can test for lead in fabric have increased the price more than 10x in the past year. This will put us out of business.
