I have truly learned a lesson from this and will never use Ebay again and will let my friends and family know our experience. It is a shame you go to a concert to find out your tickets are no good after paying so much for them. Shame on you!Flag

Name: Karen Decter on Jul 16, 2008State:Country: FRComments: I support the idea of selling tickets at face value plus the costs the seller had to pay to obtain tickets, amount which should be documented. Often there are fees associated with buying tickets. 10% would be a maximum over face value including these fees. Also, eBay should as a rule close the accounts of all professional ticket sellers once and for all. Occasionally someone falls ill and truly needs to sell their own seats and individuals selling tickets should be allowed. But people who join fan clubs to get presale tickets and then resell at double price before they are even available to the public ruin the chance for a real fan to get the seats and create an awkward situaion for the performer when the seats remain empty. I support this petition with all of my heart.Flag

I am looking into making a Canadian website for banning scalpers from making profits and making it impossible for true music lovers to experience the joy, wonder and marvel of musicFlag

Ebay and other reselling companies must be made to stop this.Flag
