Alastair MartinI have never found greedbay's customer service ANY help at all.
AnonymousI had my auctions removed for New & Sealed DVD's which came straight from the manufacturer. After REPEATED emails to Ebay requesting information as to WHY, all I received was links to view their policies and that their decision was the correct one (as well as veiled threats about suspending my account if it happened again). This has happened now twice. It wouldn't be so bad if they backed up their decision with CLEAR CUT reasons WHY and HOW one violated their policies rather than links. I am SICK of Ebay and their high-handed manner of treating people. They act as if they are Gods and they don't have to answer to anyone!
nicola mcgeoghanE-bay suspended my selling until i provided them with requested documentation. Even when they received all the documentation asked for i was still unable to sell even though they said there was no problem.each time they said it was for a different reason ie my account wasn`t set up to pay fees automatically, strange that they had been paid automatically!! totally fed up with their delayed responses to my emails, do the staff actually read the e-mails or just press a button to send a stock reply back. have now been unable to sell for over a week, this is how I make a living...or used to!

AbdullahIn the past my auctions have been unfairly cancelled, whilst other people have not and they have been selling the same item.

Dave JacksI've had nothing but problems on ebay and had to always up my prices to cover their fee's. I use www.bideasynow.com and i sell for less and my profit is higher, Plus you get free £10 credit !! - TAKE NOTE EBAY!!!
Mr. DriscollI find Ebay pricy but you can at least sell well on there. I tried bideasynow.com but not sold anything I joined on their inception. The best sites if you want to change are Tazbar, Ebid, & Qxl. Gerry S.

AnonymousI have had my listings for a new item that my small company makes cancelled 4 times. The automated message says the listing breached the links policy. But my listing clearly does not. My link is to a page that shows the product and links to a manual (pdf) and a free source website that has free software that can be used with my product. As with everyone else on here, Ive read the policy and my link clearly complys, Ive even checked the html source to make sure there is nothing hidden. Ebay only ever responds with standard messages to read the links policy. Ebay insults every customer who has read the terms and conditions before contacting, by sending a copy of the terms and conditions back instead actually looking at the issue!
