157 Julian ReesI was once accused of shil bidding and ebay removed all 500 of my listings later they said to me it was a mistake and refunded me the fees but i had to relist all 500 of the items again individually and i also lost custom because of this and as you say i was trested like a number on a form and not a person

161 vanessaAfter sending an email to ebay cancelling my account, and them acknoledging it.I also paid my account up to dateI had a debt company sending me letters and contacting me by phone saying I owed ebay money, for unpaid fees, strange seeing I hadnt sold anything on ebay for a few months because of their extreme fees. After contacting ebay, they were no help what so ever, saying that someone else in my household must be using my account.I think I might have noticed if there was more money going into my bank account. Well I have since paid the so called debt collectors,and complained to ebay.But I dont think they take any notice

185 lindemansBasically was promised that certain changes to my account had been made (direct debit) but they had not. Billed at end of month and overdrawn as a result so I had to fanny about to sort that out. Then repeatedly ask ed them again to remove it which they finally did. I know you can contact Direct Debit yourself but I was told it was already done.

198 AnonymousI was once cheated out of some money by a rogue buyer in Turkey. All thanks to Paypal (owned by ebay) favouring buyers over sellers - regardless. Upon contacting ebay, I received a response almost immediately. Was delighted. Until I found out it was a system generated message telling me ebay would be in contact soon. Fair enough, I thought. Until, a few hours later, I received another automated response telling me there was nothing that could be done - the buyer had closed all his accounts and gone away. Not once have I ever received a human (that means not automated) response from ebay. There is no customer support via telephone at all. For the ridiculous fees it charges, surely ebay can afford to employ customer support officers?
199 sarah williamsHave lost money on numerous occasions because ebay have not dealt with issues correctly, listing ended when not in voilation of rules etc. Fed up of automated services, they need a REAL helpline.
200 shan jonesi had auctions cancelled as my sellers details were similar to another's and then it was reinstated and low and behold was cancelled the next day again.
