They want to get their act together, Thousands of members are leaving ebay every week and finding alternatives, Now that Google Checkout is active in the UK, members won't have to pay stupid Paypal fee's on top of Ebay fee's.

This all leads to providing their selling customers with customer service call centres required! not just for their highest sellers i.e. gold/platinum powersellers.

Whenever I claim through paypal, it seems that the scammer wins every time, eBay are a bunch of irresponsible people allowing fraud/scams to continue. It seems that any message I send them is responded to with some rubbish computerised response. Sort this company out so that they are not robbing their customers, listing fees are too high etc. |
