Comments: Ebay cancelled my auction claiming it was breaching copyright. The auction clearly stated items were originals and the photos also showed this. This is not the first time ebay have done this without thinking or reading first and it's costing me time and money!

Comments: Complete and utter joke! Removal of listings for circumvention breaches when theres sellers with 10 times p&p compared to the value of the item. Staff are clowns exactly the same replies (templates) with a change of name at the end.No human answers ever!

Comments: Ebay are an utter Joke, closing decent auctions and letting scammers have a free run. They want to get their act together, Thousands of members are leaving ebay every week and finding alternatives, Now that Google Checkout is active in the UK, members won't have to pay stupid Paypal fee's on top of Ebay fee's. I can see the ebay bubble's about to burst, and about time too!!

Comments: I have had many bad encounters with eBay resulting in me being ripped off. Whenever I claim through paypal, it seems that the scammer wins every time, eBay are a bunch of irresponsible people allowing fraud/scams to continue. It seems that any message I send them is responded to with some rubbish computerised response. Sort this company out so that they are not robbing their customers, listing fees are too high etc.
