Ebay sellers are at the mercy of the Ebay buyers. Mistakes happen and Ebay buyers don't understand that. It's hard enough trying to run a small business let alone always worrying about am I going to get a negative because the item was damaged in shipping or a worker made a mistake packing the wrong item, or any other unforeseen issue. I'm one of the many sellers that are here to make sure the customer gets what they paid for. But my reputation is hurt every time someone leaves me a negative without contacting and when I contact them trying to help I receive no response. I say we band together and make ebay add in a feature to keep our reputation intact. I'm looking to receive 100,000 signatures from other ebay sellers before I propose the idea to ebay.
