We, the undersigned, as residents of the Bay Area, support the development of a bicycle racing track in our community. We recognize the benefits of providing this type of sports facility in our community and believe that an East Bay city should, at a minimum, provide land for this facility and, if possible, contribute to its construction and ongoing maintenance.

Our mission is to build and maintain a velodrome in the East Bay that will be accessible to the entire Bay Area cycling community for the purposes of competitive, educational and recreational use. We will create a venue that is open to cyclists of all abilities and will facilitate the development of prospective youth participants.
